Notice: This feature requires the specific Ruuvi sensor to be assigned to a Ruuvi account with Consumer Pro subscription level or higher. A Ruuvi Gateway router is also required.
Users are now able to receive an alert when a Ruuvi sensor added to Ruuvi Station is not reporting back to Ruuvi Cloud within a specific timeframe. This alert would trigger for example when internet connection is unavailable for Ruuvi Gateway, battery is finished on RuuviTag or some other problem occurred preventing an update.

In Ruuvi Station Web, users have the ability to customize this alert in the sensor Settings & Alerts page. Threshold for the Cloud connection alert to activate can be set to a minimum of 2 minutes. Once triggered, this alert will trigger a push message notification in Ruuvi Station mobile app and simultaneously an email notification will be sent.
