When using Ruuvi Station with a free account, you can immediately save your Ruuvi Station settings and personalisations to Ruuvi Cloud. This allows you to effortlessly restore them anytime you sign in on your main device or synchronise to any other device that has Ruuvi Station installed and you’re signed into. These include sensor ownerships, custom sensor names, background images, alert settings, sensor calibration settings, and application preferences such as sensor card order, preferred units, and their selected resolution used in the app.
When signed in on multiple devices, editing these will sync any made changes across all platforms for a seamless experience, whether you’re using Ruuvi Station on Android, iOS, or a web browser.
Your Ruuvi account brings cloud based sensors to your Ruuvi Station
One of the most exciting features of your Ruuvi account is the ability to receive sensors shared by others through Ruuvi Cloud directly to your Ruuvi Station app.
These shared sensors function just like local Bluetooth sensors, with only a few settings restricted to the sensor owner. You’ll be pleased to discover that shared sensors have access to the same features as the owner’s account, including update intervals, sensor history and advanced features based on the owner’s subscription level, without the need for you to purchase a Ruuvi Gateway or an additional Ruuvi Cloud subscription.
