Ruuvi Station doesn’t see any Ruuvi sensors

Check permissions

Ruuvi Station requires the location permission in order to see Ruuvi sensors. In order to allow Ruuvi Station to store graph history data, you also need to grant the Storage permission.

Bluetooth is disabled

Ruuvi Station requires Bluetooth (BLE) connection, check that your Bluetooth connection is enabled.

Ruuvi sensor is not powered

Indicator LED light will blink on the sensor, when the beacon is powered.

Ruuvi sensor firmware

Ruuvi Station can only see RuuviTags, which have the default Ruuvi firmware program.

Ruuvi sensor signal is out of range

Bring the sensor closer to your mobile device. Make sure there are no structures between the sensor and your mobile device, which could obstruct the Bluetooth signal.
